Mr. Flores has more than 13 years of experience and a broad professional trajectory. He has university studies in Telecommunications, Computer Science, and Automation, with national and international degrees. He currently holds important certifications from major companies such as Cisco and Microsoft, some of which are CCENT, CCNA, CCNP, CCAI, CCIE RS, NPDESI, Microsoft Certified Application Specialist Instructor, among others. In addition, Mr. Flores has a very important facet, since he has a great experience as a trainer, being for more than 11 years’ professor in one of the main universities of Guatemala in the areas of telecommunications, security and information technology. He is also currently an instructor in Cisco Certification courses. Since 2015 he has been working at CiberC operating from Guatemala, and before his recent appointment he worked as Network Operation Engineer, in which position he was in charge of providing advanced support in areas such as Data Centers, Security and SP Networks, among others. Prior to joining CiberC, he has worked as a Telecommunications consultant for the public sector, he has been a field engineer in different regional partners of Cisco. Additionally, he has been an infrastructure support engineer at Xerox attending and supporting the networks of some of their most important multinational clients. He has also been a consultant in two of the most important ISPs in the Central American region, where he has served as Network Rollout Engineer and Network Operations Engineer in high impact projects of internet services and business connectivity. This experience, so diverse and in different areas both as a customer, as a user and also as a provider, makes him the ideal professional to work as an expert consultant for our clients. His proactive nature, technical skills and great willingness to train, will allow him to effectively perform his tasks from his new position, and will be a great support for the growth and digital transformation of our customers, who will have an exceptional professional on whom they can rely for their transformational processes in technology.
