Gerardo is a leading professional in the ICT sector with more than 20 years of experience in the area of Network and Communications Solutions Integration, which in recent years has been mainly dedicated to Business Development in LATAM and USA, with excellent results.
In addition to being Systems Engineer, Gerardo has extensive studies in Management, Planning, Organization, Finance, among others, which has allowed him to have a wide variety of knowledge in the business area, knowing the corporate environment in detail as well as empathizing very well with customers.

The engineer Guarino had the opportunity to participate and lead important projects of Network Design and Implementation when he was working in the technical area. Subsequently, and already dedicated to the business development, he led several processes of geographical expansion and portfolio (products and services) for important companies in the sector.
He has great skills for the relationship with manufacturers and business partners, as well as has the ability to implement organizational strategies for business expansion (headquarters and business units), as well as the implementation of innovative financial structures for business and projects.
He has extensive knowledge of the region since he has worked and interacted with clients and suppliers in all countries, which gives him great cultural knowledge and gives him a great opportunity to develop his activity within our company.
Gerardo in his role as Business Development Manager will also be responsible for carrying out very important activities for CiberC in the development of its commercial area. He will manage the optimization and reduction of the “Time to Market” with multiple actions focused on the development and construction of product and portfolio, technical and commercial training, market evaluation and processes. He will also help strengthen the pre-sales and post-sales area, without doubt, both keys to business development and to the maintenance of current and future customers.
