Therefore, we are very pleased to announce his promotion from Project Manager to Customer Success Lead, effective May 2021. Diego will be in direct contact with some of our most important and strategic corporate clients.
He will also contribute with his experience and knowledge advising the team of Customer Success Managers, as he will be responsible for managing multiple management, technical, commercial, strategic, marketing and planning tasks, as well as leading the Customer Success Process (CSP) in all issues inherent to the Quality Management System.
