CiberC (before Cibercall) was founded in February 2000, as a systems integrator specialized in contact center technologies consolidating its business in this field. Quick and solidly expanded its business lines to VoIP solutions, networks, data centers and video, with high standards of quality and service throughout CANSAC.

In subsequent years was  specialized in offering IT services and advanced solutions becoming one of the most prominent integrators in the region by investing in human resources and technology infrastructure, which has enabled it to ensure the best services and technical support maintenance, with high standards of quality and service thanks to the support of the manufacturers that represents.
In 2010, achieves the Cisco Systems Gold Partner Certification for CANSAC, and continues its work throughout the region.
Due to this evolution and the expansion of the portfolio of products and services, it was decided to change the name to CiberC as will be known starting in September 2013.
CiberC customers always will be backed by the quality of the services offered following the procedures required by ISO 9001 certification since 2016.


By 2025, CIBERC will position itself in the United States and Latin America as one of the main strategic partners of organizations, with innovative products, digital transformation solutions, artificial intelligence, processes automation, information management, robotic process and data analytics.
