On August 18, our company obtained the DEVNET certification in CANSAC. CiberC has demonstrated that it can provide sophisticated and value-added Cisco solutions through its in-depth sales capabilities, technology skills, and service offerings at CANSAC.

In recognition of this achievement, CiberC will be identified as having the Cisco DevNet specialization in the Cisco partner locator.

It’s worth remembering that Cisco DevNet is Cisco’s developer program that helps developers and IT professionals who want to write applications and develop integrations with Cisco products, platforms, and APIs. Cisco DevNet includes Cisco products in software-defined networking, security, cloud, data center, Internet of things, collaboration, and open-source software development.

The developer.cisco.com site also provides sandbox and learning environments, as well as a series of videos for those trying to learn how to code and test applications. It is about automation through good practices, agile development methodologies, solutions that generate value for our clients and commercial offers at an international level, positioning and promoting CiberC as the main leaders in the technological field.

At Ciberc we have the knowledge about the DevNet skill set divided into five domains:

  • Network fundamentals (protocols, devices, connectivity options up / down the TCP / IP stack, including knowledge of Linux)
  • Programming skills (mainly Python)
  • DevOps tools (CICD, SCM like Git, etc.)
  • Infrastructure APIs (obviously each vendor has its own, so the DevNet program focuses on Cisco)
  • Application development (or integrations) and implementation life cycle

We are pleased to constantly receive certificates from our partners that accredit us in the market, generating a solid position for our specialists and collaborators throughout the region and make us one of the first Cisco technology partners to have this specialization in the CANSAC region and the rest of the world.
