On July 25 in Bogota, Colombia, one of the most outstanding events of CX (Customer Experience) in the region was held, the G-Summit LATAM 2018 of Genesys.
This is an event in which clients and visionaries from various industries and disciplines meet to share experiences, perspectives and learnings, which allow them to expand their vision with new trends, novel ideas and the best success stories.
Being a regional event, more than 300 professionals have meet among clients, partners, senior executives and experts from all over Latin America, in which was promoted the interaction of professionals from a variety of industries and geographies.
In this event in which CiberC has been a sponsor, lectures were held in general sessions with interactive presentations and client success stories focused on the customer experience. In this edition, the theme revolved around “Moments Connected”, which focused on how customers are using Genesys innovations to offer a customer experience without complications through Sales, Marketing and Service.
The event that was held at the Chamorro Entertainment City Hall (Camel Club), had a large exhibition area in which CiberC was present with a Stand in which our experts attended to the requirements of both clients and partners.
