By consolidating these two countries into a new region, our strategy will allow for a better internal organization with greater integration of processes and optimization of resources, seeking to be more efficient, especially in the provision of services and attention to our customers. It will also strengthen our internal relationships and reinforce the teamwork of both collaborators and personnel throughout the region.
The most important challenge will be for the new Regional Operations Manager, Alfredo Paredes, who will be in charge of managing the Andean Region together with Mérida Rodríguez, who will be in charge as Regional Sales Manager. Together they will be leading their team and be responsible for carrying out all the necessary activities to achieve the company’s objectives, mission and vision in the region, as well as consolidating the value offer, supporting current customers and developing the market in the territory.
CiberC on its process of growth, expansion and restructuring, has decided to create in its organization the Andean Territory comprising the offices in Peru and Ecuador.
This challenge is even greater, taking into account the current circumstances, when the business sector in Ecuador and Peru requires our greater support in the processes of digital transformation and in their preparation for the future with increasing needs for digital resources.
